A Bit About Me
Christie Tait is a Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in the management of primary headache disorders, particularly migraine.
She is the founder of Structure Clinic, a private practice dedicated to delivering comprehensive, personalized migraine care in Toronto.
Christie has developed and delivered migraine education programs both nationally with the Canadian Headache Society and internationally with the American Headache Society. She is an instructor in the graduate NP program at Toronto Metropolitan University and volunteers for Migraine Canada's scientific committee, contributing to evidence-based resources and advocacy initiatives.
